Willy Guhl (1915 – 2004) was a Swiss designer and modernist pioneer, best known for his minimalist furniture designs and innovative use of materials like fiber cement.
These pieces were produced in limited quantities in Switzerland during the 1950s and 1960s. Since production ceased decades ago, authentic Guhl pieces have become highly sought-after collector’s items. They are often found only through specialized galleries, design auctions, or private collections, and their value has significantly increased due to their scarcity and historic design significance
