Willy Guhl (1915–2004) was a pioneering Swiss designer and educator, best known for his minimalist and sculptural furniture and planters, particularly those made from Eternit, a fibre-reinforced cement material. He was one of the first industrial designers in Switzerland and had a major influence on 20th-century modernist design, especially in outdoor and garden furnishings.
